There is a large turnover of studio spaces and on average a studio becomes available every few months.
There are seven studios and one store space that are rented to other artists.
All the studios are rented out except for
the large studio which is still available for £500 per month size 36 x 22 ft plus electric. .
plus a store room size 7x32 ft at £100 pcm.
Two on the first floor up the spiral stairs:
studio one is 16'x9' and is beautiful and light with its own water and a shared kitchen and toilet. Price £40 per week+business rates(£2-3pw). Electricity is metered (pictured below)
studio two is 13'x 10' and is very similar to studio one. price: £35 per week +rates(an extra £2-3 p.w.)

The larger studio (has now been let and is no longer available) is huge - up to 600 sq ft- on the ground floor with good access to a yard. two areas; "clean" and "dirty" both with a concrete floor ideal for a sculptor or ceramicist . both have access to 3 phase elecricity if required.
They both have 24hr access and are fully secure with no noise or other restrictions. Long lets prefered.Hot and cold water.
Price £100 per week for the whole space but can be shared by splitting up the spaces. Prices are exclusive of Business rates and electricity which is metered
