A piece commissioned by the local council.
people write down on a scroll their pledges of support for a local project to turn an old industrial
site into a park and conference centre

It was made from an old mangle I had lying about - I had to remove some nasty looking cogs and paint it up a bit.
I also added a new roller on the bottom to carry the roll of paper.
